02 / Away from the screen
A change
of scenery.
Sometimes I need a mountain. Other times, an unfamiliar city, a museum, or a very long walk with no particular plan.
Also: the gym. Preferably after the rest of the day is done.
03 / Different ways of seeing
Same person.
Different words.
Spanish feels like home. English is everyday life. French opens another door. German still makes me slow down. I like how a language changes what I notice.
